Sesshomaru is fast alright but Byakuya is a Soul reaper with probably the fastest speed in flash step from the Gotei rivaling Kyoraku's we've seen him and Kenpachi beat Yami to a pulp even in his release and megadasaur form lol
So they both would put up quite the show plus given his powerful Spiritual Pressure he can subdue Sesshomaru with kido and inflict some damage until Sesshomaru turns to his dog demon form however his speed greatly slow down so he would still be at Byakuya's senbonzakura and its massive attack and precision damage.
The only attacks I see Sesshomaru do is his claws, whip and poison and good speed he rarely shows physical strength other than Endurance HOWEVER...
Sesshomaru possesses Bakusaiga now before his Tokijin may of Rival's to Byakuya's kido attacks and even blow away his Senbonzakura blades however the Tenseiga might of do some heavy damage to Byakuya given that he is a being that does not belong to this world so the Tenseiga could have Zanpakuto like capabilities that uses reishi and is most likely a kido blade thats how it would be considered and classified by the Soul Society.
Tottosai would have some fun converting that Tenseiga to a Zanpakuto after gathering some intel if it was still around lol.
The Bakusaiga would obliterate without a doubt Byakuya's Senbonzakura to DUST killing his Zanpakuto, Byakuya's best defense would be Bakkudo defenses to take the brusk of the impact therefore it would be the kido receiving the damage instead and then he can performed a Hado attack not to meantion attacks from the stealth force as well.
In the end Byakuya wins due to the fact that he is a Soul Reaper not a human nor a Naraku type of being nor Demon if anything he has fought Hollows who are like specter demons and even Arrancar who are copy cat Soul Reapers lol so Sesshomaru stands no chance in the long run.
